Santana’s storyline does not include leaving for good. I don’t know when she will return, but if they follow the storyline she WILL return! They will give an explanation for why she is missing this whole time, you will find out why in 513! So, if they choose to follow the storyline that they gave to Santana and Brittany, they will be coming back at some point of the show.
